Working Principle:
Capillary tube mat is already realized its own set of distribution structure in stage of product manufacturing. Capillary tube mat is consist of inlet,return water main tube and many capillary branch tubes. It was achieved technology breakthrough which one piece of main tube directly connected with other branch tubes through the side at the same time. It doesn’t need assume direct pipe fittings, elbow, tee and other traditional connections. In the current traditional radiator, floor heating pipe technology category is unable to achieve that.

The capillary tube mats are made of original Borealis's pure and highly recyclable polypropylene granulate which is free from hazardous substances. Neither exhaust air nor waste water is produced, production residues are 100% recycled.
Heating&Cooling System Installation
With the advantage of good flexibility,the capillary tube mats can be installed on roof, wall, floor, under the surface decorative materials. They used in new buildings and refurbishment of various types of buildings.
For cooling purposes, capillary tube mats are preferentially installed either in or on the ceilings.
They can be integrated into walls of various designs and used as wall heating and wall cooling.
Underfloor heating systems with capillary tube mats can be used for temperature control in all buildings. They are either integrated into an existing screed or laid directly on an existing floor as a thin-layer underfloor heating system and enable gentle temperature control of floor surfaces.
Energy-saving: For heating in winter, the input water temperature is around 28-32℃. Compared with the 45-60℃of common floor heating pipes and 70-80℃of the traditional heating radiator, the capillary tube mat system can save 20-40% energy. For cooling in summer, the input water temperature is around 16-18℃, which is much higher
than the 5-7℃of the common air conditioning system, which can help save 60-70% energy.
Space-saving: The thickness of capillary tube mat installation is about 10mm; water filling weight is about 750g/m2.For example: For a 20-floor building with traditional central air conditioning, using capillary tube mat can save 2 floors space, which can form great economical benefits.
Energy Selection: Capillary tube mat can work together with air source heat pump, water source heat pump,ground source heat pump, solar energy, etc.
